BY TRAIN/BUS
Exit the Santa Maria Novella train station cross the street and go to “Stazione Nazionale – Largo F.lli Alinari” where the bus n. 7 departs every 20 minutes for Fiesole, from 6am to midnight and a half. Last stop is in the city centre of Fiesole, Piazza Mino.
From Florence Campo di Marte station from Florence Campo Marte station go to bus stop “Fanti Stadio Ridolfi” and take bus n. 10 (to La Pira) or bus n. 20 (to Caruso); get off at “Mille – Pacinotti” bus stop and walk to “Mulino Biondi” bus stop in Via Pacinotti. Here you can take bus n. 7: the last stop is in Fiesole, Piazza Mino.
From Rifredi station walking to Piazza Dalmazia and from here, at the bus stop “Dalmazia” take the tramway linea T1 (direction Villa Costanza), get off at bus stop “Strozzi-Fallaci”, walking to the bus stop “Lavagnini Fortezza” and from here take the bus n. 7 to Fiesole.

From Motorway A1, there are several Florence exits you can take:
From the South – Exit Firenze Sud, continue on the ring road – via Marco Polo – the left lane until the traffic light. Turn left onto Lungarno Aldo Moro and follow the signs for Stadio/Fiesole.
From the North – Exit Firenze Nord, follow the ring road towards “Centro”, then follow the signs Stadio/Fiesole.
Barberino del Mugello Exit, go toward San Piero a Sieve and follow for: Borgo San Lorenzo, Polcanto (Via Faentina), Vetta alle Croci, Fiesole.
BY PLANE
The Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport is about 5 km from the city center and can be reached taking Tramvia Linea T2 (direction Unità), get off at the end of the line, walking to “Stazione Nazionale – Largo F.lli Alinari” and take bus n. 7 per Fiesole, get off in Piazza Mino . Or by a Sita/ATAF shuttle called Vola in bus that connects the airport to the train station S. Maria Novella, and vice versa. Tickets are purchased on board, at newsagents and at ATAF ticket desks. Once you reach the station, follow information on taking the bus from the S. Maria Novella station (above). Time approx. 30 minutes (plus time on city bus, up to an hour).
