The Espresso Coffee Academy is aplace where history, culture and science meet to offer a spectacular and immersive experience that will allow you to know, immerse yourself and explore the complex and fascinating world of espresso coffee.

The Academy was established in 2009 in Pian di San Bartolo, within the existing La Marzocco Workshop, a historic and prestigious factory specialized in the design and construction of machinery for the preparation of the renowned exotic beverage. The museum offers a multisensorial itinerary, an articulated narrative divided into thematic areas from the plantation to the specific processing stages. Through design, craftsmanship, and engineering, it retraces the evolution of the coffee machine.​
